Introduce yourself and say that you have just arrived in San Sebastián.  Tell her that you booked a room for three nights on the hostel’s website.

- Me llamo Christina y acabo de llegar a San Sebastián. Reservé una habitación para 3 noches en la página web del albergue/hostal.

Explain that you are going to spend two months here. You are doing a Spanish language course in the university.

- Voy a pasar dos meses aquí. Estoy haciendo un curso de español en la universidad.

Say that you want to share an apartment with some Spanish students to improve your Spanish.  You are here alone and you don’t know anybody. 

- Quiero compartir un apartamento con algunos estudiantes españoles para mejorar mi español. Estoy aquí sola y no conozco a nadie.

Say that your friends have gone to the south of Spain to learn Spanish.  You decided to come here because you prefer the climate in the north.

- Mis amigos han ido al sur de España para aprender español. Decidí venir aquí porque prefiero el clima del norte.

Tell her that you love Spanish food and that San Sebastián is famous for its tapas.  Say that 

you would love to try some of the typical dishes.   

- Me encanta la comida española y San Sebastián es muy famosa por sus tapas. Me encantaría probar algunos platos típicos.

Say that you are looking forward to visiting all the places of interest in the city.  Of course you would like to make new friends also. 

-Tengo ganas de visitar todos los sitios de interés en la ciudad. Por supuesto que también me gustaría hacer nuevos amigos.
